Leslie Campos

Account Manager

Leslie’s passion for communications began with a love of storytelling and connecting with people. She’s always had a drive to help clients become an integral part of their communities, bring untold stories to light and strengthen meaningful relationships. She thrives on crafting communications that bridge organizations and the audiences they serve, always with thoughtfulness and purpose.

Throughout middle and high school, Leslie’s love for writing and storytelling grew. She often went above and beyond on assignments, such as transforming a five-page research paper on Cleopatra into an 11-page deep dive on the queen’s reign. Her enthusiasm for reading and writing continued to soar, particularly during her AP Literature class, where she fell in love with storytelling all over again.

After taking an introductory communications course in college, Leslie knew her career path. Now, she combines her love of writing with her desire to connect clients and communities, shaping campaigns and stories that resonate with audiences.

As the youngest of four sisters and a proud aunt to two nephews and a niece, Leslie learned early how to stay resourceful, embrace challenges with creativity, and remain calm and strategic under pressure, lessons she applies to her work with teams and clients every day.

Her positive energy, bright personality, and collaborative approach make her a natural connector and problem-solver. She thrives on creative brainstorming, supporting teams, and contributing to client projects in ways that are thoughtful, strategic, and impactful.

Leslie joins LBC with five years of agency experience spanning public relations, media relations, and corporate communications across healthcare, pharmaceutical, non-profit, and consumer sectors, including beauty, food and beverage, and lifestyle. As a proud Latina, she has naturally been drawn to leading internal DEI initiatives and events with purpose, ensuring all voices are authentically represented and heard within agencies, among clients, and in the communities clients reach and serve.

Leslie’s ability to pivot, think quickly on her feet, and devise creative solutions allows her to support clients and teams with organization, strategy, and adaptability in any environment.

At LBC, Leslie looks forward to collaborating with schools across New Jersey to improve resources, elevate stories, and strengthen community connections. Whether contributing to newsletters, websites, referendum campaigns, or media outreach, she is sure to bring creativity, positivity, and detail-oriented problem-solving to every project.
